This is a highly experienced and top notch operation with excellent dedication and attention to detail. Inspection missed a water leak coming from the bathroom of the apt above. I purchased the apartment and I am in legal disputes with the owner of the apt above. The leak is clearly visible as it had damaged the sealing, they attributed the leak to the AC unit because the AC unit was wet ! They checked the apartment and were very good at finding small details, however they missed the most important detail, the one that will cost thousands in lost revenue and repairs. A nail in the wall or paint on the door are not the reason I paid for an inspection. Very disappointed. Oh yeah and the other reviewer seems to work for them!
